| (1) Project
Company General Manager (PRC cities) |
Qualifications and
work experience:
1. University graduate or above from good university.
2. Must have ten years or more water or sewage treatment plant
management experience, including at least five years or more
water or sewage treatment plant senior management experience;
or
3. Must have over ten years experience in water supply and
drainage works, including at least five years or more urban
network planning, engineering and management experience;
4. Strong organization and leadership skills and familiarity
with modern enterprise management practice; fully computer
literate;
5. Has strong interpersonal communication skills, problem
solving skills and can work under pressure; knowledge of English
is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for day to day operational management, establishment
of the project company, implementation of production and operation
plans, reporting to the Board for approval of operating plans
and expenditure;
2. Responsible for achievement of the Board of Directors'
approved technical and economic performance indicators.
3. Responsible for monitoring and managing the company's daily
production or treatment operations included planned and emergency
maintenance.
4. Co-ordinates the preparation and development of the company's
business plan including management systems, finance, human
resource planning and shareholder reporting;
5. Implementation of project company policies and procedures
and development or improvement of these;
6. Responsible for the co-ordination and distribution of work
between departments to ensure the achievement of various financial
economic and technical performance indicators, to control
and reduce production costs in accordance with agreed budgets;
7. Implementation of new technology, management all health
and safety issues. |

Company Deputy General Manager (PRC cities) |
Qualifications
and work experience:
1. University graduate or above from good university; has
more than seven years experience on water or sewage treatment
plant management;
2. Has strong interpersonal communication skills, knowledge
of English is preferred;
3. Has strong organization and leadership skills, has good
knowledge of modern enterprise management, fully computer
literate;
4. Has strong work motivation and is able to work under
pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Under the leadership of the company's General Manager,
prepare reports for the Board, implement, the Board's decisions
and assist the company's day to day operations /administration;
2. Implementation of the company's safety standards, helping
to prevent all types of accidents;
3. Special responsibility for staff training;
4. Complete miscellaneous works requested form Board and
General Manager.

Company Chief Engineering (PRC cities) |
Qualifications
and work experience:
1. Must have a water supply and drainage / environmental
engineering degree or above from a good university;
2. Must have more than six years water or wastewater plant
experience, including at least four years water or sewage
treatment plant technological innovation, technology management
and equipment maintenance and repair experience; or
3. Must have more than six years experience in water supply
and drainage works, including at least four years urban
water outfall network planning, engineering and management
experience;
4. Computer literate, knowledge of English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare annual technology development and reconstruction
plans; implement the rules and regulations for technical
management;
2. The implementation of the Board approved technology,
quality requirements, standards and decisions ( including
those stipulated by the state as the basic requirements);
3. Responsible for technological innovation, production
and treatment technology and ongoing repair and maintenance
of equipment (planned and emergency);
4. Responsible for the efficient operation of the production
process, electrical and mechanical equipment, provides reports
and studies to support the project company decision making
on technical and capital investment matters;
5. Development of technical training programs and technical
personnel training.

Company Financial Controller (PRC cities) |
Qualifications
and work experience:
1. University Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business
Administration graduate or above from a good university,
must have a CPA qualification;
2. Must have more than six years experience in financial
management, including at least three years of foreign medium
and large enterprises / utilities financial management experience;
3. Familiar with foreign-invested enterprises accounting,
tax-related laws and regulations, able to use financial
software and Excel applications;
4. Strong communication skills, can work effectively as
part of a team, mature, problem solving analysis capabilities;
works seriously and is very well motivated;
5. Has Chinese Certified Public Accountants professional
qualifications; knowledge of English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the project company's overall accounting
and financial management operations, including the annual
financial budget plan, and the monthly, quarterly and annual
accounts and financial analysis reports; implementation
of the accounting and financial management system and procedures;
communicate with the auditors, banks, tax authorities etc.;
2. As a member of company's senior management team, participate
in development of the company's strategy / direction for
future development for final approval by the Board of Directors;
3. Responsible for the project company's human resources
management, ensure the company's financial operations for
internal control / external regulations met legal requirements.
